Financing Your Care
Fees for Service
Fees for endodontic treatment are very case specific and vary depending on the tooth treated and the complexity of treatment. We will discuss your treatment plan in detail during your visit.
Insurance
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. We will verify your individual insurance benefits and provide an estimate of benefits for your consent before rendering treatment. Most PPO dental insurance policies provide coverage for root canal therapy. The amount your insurance carrier will cover may depend on any of several factors: the type of plan, your maximum allowable, the amount of your deductible, if any, and the amount your insurance company is willing to pay for a specific procedure. If you have a PPO dental insurance, we will estimate your portion and collect that amount at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your dental insurance claim on your behalf. Should your insurance pay more than is estimated, we will mail you a refund. If a balance remains after your insurance has sent payment, our office will send you a statement due upon receipt. Please keep in mind however; insurance companies routinely indicate that coverage verification does not guarantee payment and you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Payment Policy
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept personal checks verified by TeleCheck, and offer CareCredit© as a payment option. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
If using CareCredit, please apply online prior to visiting our office:
Missed Appointments
We reserve 1 to 2 hours for your visit. Once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved exclusively for you with appropriate staff to serve your dental needs. Cancelling without adequate notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients. We request that patients arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. If a patient does not give 2 business days notification to reschedule an appointment, or if a patient does not arrive within 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, a broken appointment fee may be applied. The patient is responsible for all outstanding balances on the account.
Minors - Patients under the age of 18
A legal guardian must accompany the minor to his or her appointment and remain in our office during the appointment. Payment of services for the treatment of minors is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
